Cooks will be responsible for prepping dishes needed for service. Cooking assignments include cooking Broths, Noodles, Chashu, Chicken for BBQ, Chicken Karaage, Beef Gyudon, Takoyaki, Gyoza to name a few.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.

Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours.

Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Prior experience as a cook strongly preferred.

Food preps are responsible for prepping items in the menu that will be used for the day. During service, food preps will help to garnish and finish the food item and package the items for the customers.

We are looking for Cashiers who are friendly and will deliver service always with a smile. Cashiers will be responsible for all sales and transactions that customers will conduct during service.
Cashiers will be responsible for refilling items needed on the front counter. i.e. Chopsticks, Spoons, Sauces etc. They will also be expected to have knowledge of the kitchen to help out if needed.
Physical Requirements:

Must be fluent and be able to communicate clearly in English.

Must be knowledgeable in using cash or payment systems.
